The Board consits of:

Mohamed DOBASHI
Chairman

Dr. Mohamed A. Dobashi is consultant for Qatar Foundation Endowment after having assisted the President of Qatar Foundation in achieving the overall goals and objectives of the Foundation. Prior to working at the Qatar Foundation, he was the Chief Operations Officer of Amlak Holding (100% Qatar Foundation Subsidiary). Previously, he was Group Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Al-Faisal Holding Company. Dr. Dobashi was an Associate Professor for Carnegie Mellon University campus (of which he took part at the origin) in the Gulf country of Qatar. Dr. Dobashi is an experienced professional with a wealth of experience not only in higher education but also international experience in the oil and gas sector, public sector and finance. Working for big five consulting firms, he has been on a number of startup projects through out the world including Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Arabian Gulf. Dr. Dobashi is bilingual Arabic and English. He earned Doctorate in Law from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, IL, an MBA from Thunderbird (American Graduate School of International Management), Glendale, AZ and a double BA in Economics and International business from Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, WA. He has the American nationality.

Hervé DESCOTTES
Board member & Président of Honour

Hervé Descottes graduated of l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). He was the Marketing Director of le Printemps and then became Sales Manager of Burton France. In 1980, he buys Andrelux from its founder. He was Chairman and CEO of the company until 1993. From November 1997, he was Chairman and CEO of Le Tanneur & Cie until May 2011, then CEO until February 2012.

Management Team

The management team consists of:

Jean CLENET
CEO
60 years old – graduate of l’Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité et de l’ICG Pays de Loire (management)

Jean Clenet first worked as an engineer at Total and then at the Centre Electronique in Laval. Then, he was recruited by the Group La Fourmi where he was first Logistics Director, then General Secretary, Industrial and Logistics Director and finally CEO. Le Tanneur& Cie recruits him in January 2001 as Industrial and Logistics Director, he then becomes Deputy Managing Director in 2004 and CEO in 2012.

Olivier BRAMBILLA
Commercial Director of Owned brands
47 years – graduate of L’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Pau

After 5 years of experience at MULLIEZ corporate Group (Kiabi), Olivier Brambilla worked for 6 years at ETAM as Regional Manager and then Manager for France. Then he entered Levi Strauss & Co as Sales Manager for retail in France, for Comptoir des Cotonniers and for LOFT. Finally, Le Tanneur & Cie recruits him in March 2009 as Director of Retail. In April 2014, he takes over the responsibility of France and Export wholesale.

Christèle CAMPION
Director for Owned brands Products
43 years – graduate of Institut Textile et Chimique of Lyon (ITECH)

Christèle Campion has worked for around 10 years in the Industrial department of Leather for Cartier being first in charge of raw materials quality, then of leather goods projects management before getting responsible of the development department of leather goods. She joins Le Tanneur & Cie in April 2013 as Project manager of Qela being in charge of the workshop of Belley. She becomes Director for Products in February 2015.

Djamila GAÏD
Human Resources Manager
47 years – Graduate of l'Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS) in Human resources and the University of Paris 1 (Pantheon-Sorbonne) in Business law

Djamila Gaïd has a first experience as jurist then as adviser in In-service training. She moves towards human resources in 2000 and joins SEA INVEST France of the Group Bolloré (sector of the dock work) then INNOTHERA, a pharmaceutical company.
She joins the department for payrol and staff administration of Le Tanneur & Cie in December 2003 and gets responsible for the Human resources department in 2006.

Patricia MOULON
CFO
45 years – graduate of l’Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon, graduate in Certified Public Accountancy
 
After 4 years of audit at Price Waterhouse, Patricia Moulon became Financial Controller Europe at the eyeglass manufacture group Bollé. Le Tanneur & Cie recruits her as Financial Controller in August 2001 and she then becomes Financial Director of the Group in April 2006.
